There we go- it looks like there was just a delay of a day.

The Director General of CERN also sent an email out about a moment of silence for Belgium happening this afternoon. People are talking about it more today as well. So it does seem like the response to Brussels is similar to Paris. There was just a bit of delay since the attacks happened yesterday morning and details were developing during the day. And shock takes time to process, too. It's like Geneva and CERN were reluctant to go through it all over again yesterday- like a body trying hard to stay asleep in a dream. But today the reality has set in.
